上海中医药大学针灸推拿学院“百会讲堂”――暨推拿流派与 法推拿学术讲座

     20121018,针灸推拿学院“百会讲堂”第一讲――“推拿流派和 法推拿”由我校终身教授、博士生导师,上海市中医药研究院推拿研究所所长、上海市中医针灸推拿临床医学中心主任、上海市中医药学会推拿分会主任委员, 法推拿流派和一指禅推拿流派传人严隽陶老师主讲。此次讲座由针灸推拿学院分团委主办,中医紧缺学科传承人才培养项目(丁氏滚法推拿流派)组承办。

  严老首先介绍了何谓流派,即需要具有一定的思想观点,有几代的传承,有一定的适应范围,有代表性的任务和技术及区域性等特点,在推拿界,现今比较有代表性的是一指禅推拿流派、 法推拿流派,内功推拿流派和小儿推拿流派,并对各个流派的特点进行了讲解。

  随后,严老重点就 法推拿的形成与发展,操作与特点进行了阐述。在“病人无痛苦,医生无损伤”指导思想下,刚柔并济的 法取得了良好的发展。 法推拿具有良好的节律性,通过实践的累积,并配合被动运动,大大提高了疗效。

  短暂休息之后,七十高龄的严老不辞辛苦,亲身为大家示范 法的操作,在学生模特身上进行了 法配合被动运动治疗的示范,还手把手地纠正了几位同学的手法。同学们的热情一下子被点燃,争相涌到讲台边上仔细观看,并纷纷拿起手中的相机手机录下这珍贵的视频资料,以便日后的学习。最后,严老耐心解答了在场同学们踊跃提出的问题,总结了讲座的主要观点,并对同学们提出了殷切的期望。对推拿教学也提出了一写建议,建议推广手法测定仪,以帮助同学们更好地发现自己手法的不足,以期改进提高。

  精彩的讲座为“百会讲堂”创造了一个良好的开端,相信之后的系列讲座一定会给同学们带来更多惊喜!

    

“Lecture Room” of The School of Acupuncture and Tuina of Shanghai University of TCM

―the Lecture of Tuina School and Rolling and Rotating Maneuvers

  The first lecture of “Lecture Room” of the School of Acupuncture and Tuina was held on October 18th, 2012. The lecture “tuina school and rolling and rotating maneuvers” was given by Yan Juntao, tenured professor, doctoral tutor of SUTCM, Director of Tuina Institute of Shanghai Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, director of Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture and Tuina Clinical Center, Chairman of Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine Institute of Tuina branch, descendant of rolling and rotating maneuvers school and yi zhi chan maneuvers school. This lecture was organized by the CYL committee of the School of Acupuncture and Tuina and undertook by the heritage personnel training project of the shortage subjects of Traditional Chinese medicine. Mr. Yan firstly introduced the meaning of “school” �having characteristics like having certain ideas, generations of inheritance, certain subject range, typical task and technology and being regional. In tuina circles, being representative schools are yi zhi chan tuina school, rolling and rotating maneuvers school, neigong tuina school and infantile tuina school. And Mr. Yan explained the characteristics of each school.

Then, Mr. Yan was connected to explain the formation, development, operation and characteristics of rolling and rotating maneuvers. Under the guiding ideology “The patients have no pain, the doctors do not damage”, rolling and rotating maneuvers has achieved good development because of its’ couple hardness with softness. Rolling and rotating maneuvers with a good rhythm through the accumulation of practice, and with the passive movement, greatly improved the efficacy.

After a short break, Mr. Yan who is 70-year old put himself out of the way and demonstrated the operation of rolling and rotating maneuvers and passive motion therapy on student models. Then he also corrected several students hand in hand. The enthusiasm of the students was suddenly ignited, and the students were eager to watch carefully and some of them took out cameras or mobile phones to record this valuable video data for future learning. Finally, Mr. Yan patiently answered the questions raised by the present students, summed up the main points of the lecture, and raised the ardent expectations of the students. He also proposed some advice of tuina teaching―popularizing the skills determinator, to help the students to find their own lack on skills and wished them to improve.

The wonderful lecture created a good start of “lecture room” and we believed that the series of lecture would bring more surprises to the students.
