2012年11月14日下午，由上海中医药大学针灸推拿学院举办的“职业生涯规划与职场技巧”讲座在7302教室圆满结束。针灸推拿学院辅导员办公室全体老师以及学生60余人出席了本次讲座。会议由辅导员林琳老师主持。 此次讲座邀请到了高级职业咨询师，上海中医药大学胡建华副教授为学生们就职业生涯规划以及职场技巧等方面开展讲座，帮助学生了解应当如何设立职业发展目标，制定合理的职业发展计划。 讲座主要围绕几方面内容：一、低年级学生要对自我以及未来发展方向形成初步认知，并依此做出相应准备：比如对知识的学习，对自身能力的提高，扩大自己的社交圈子等等；二、简历的制作，简历如同“门面”，就像毕业生的外表，能够在短时间内让用人单位初步了解你，给用人单位留下深刻的印象，求职简历马虎不得，结合当前大学生应聘时简历可能出现的各种问题，告诉了同学们该如何制作不张扬而又出众的简历；三、大学生职业规划大赛的参赛要求，分别讲解了在不同的阶段中同学们该如何奋斗；四、现场互动，大家都踊跃提问，胡老师对同学们提出的问题进行了细致的回答，将活动推向了最高潮。 胡老师认为，作为在校生，职业生涯规划是大学生涉足就业的第一步。职业生涯规划是每个大学生充分开发自己的潜能，并自觉地进行自我管理的有效工具。只有懂得对自己的未来职业生涯进行自我规划的人，才能更早地拥有正确的前进方向并采取有效的行动措施，才能充分发挥自我管理的主动性，开发自身的潜能，便能在以后的就业中取得先机。职业生涯规划对大学生的发展有着重要的意义，要让学生学会如何为一份好工作去奋斗。 通过此次讲座，使同学们更加了解了如何规划自己的职业生涯，也必将对同学们将来的职业生涯有所帮助。（万婕）
Planning Splendid Life, Accomplishing Glorious Prospect ―Series of Employment Guidance “It’s my life” The lecture of “career planning and workplace skills”, which was held by the School of Acupuncture and Tuina of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine passed off successfully in classroom 7302 on the afternoon of November 14th, 2012. All the staff of counselors’ office of the School of Acupuncture and Tuina and more than 60 students attended the lecture. The lecture was presided over by the counselor Lin Lin. This time we invited an associate professor Hu Jianhua--the senior career counselor of SUTCM to give a lecture about “career planning and workplace skills” to help students understand how to set up a career development goals and how to develop a reasonable career development plan. The lecture focused on several aspects: a) low-grade students should have a preliminary cognitive to themselves as well as the future direction of development and so to make the appropriate preparations: For example, the study of knowledge, the improvement of their own ability, the expansion of their social circle; b) resume writing-- resume as a "window dressing", like the appearance of graduates can let the employer has a preliminary understanding of you in a short period of time. If you want to leave a deep impression to the employer, your resume can’t be sloppy. The lecture combined with various problems may be arisen on the resume of current School students to tell the students how to make a publicity and superior resume; c) the requirements of taking part in School students career planning contest―explain contestants’ way to struggle during different phases in their life; d) live interaction―everyone raised questions enthusiastically, and Mr. Hu gave detailed answers to the issues raised by the students. Mr. Hu considered that, as a student, career planning is the first step for students to get involved in the employment. Career planning is the potential that all students fully develop themselves and effective tool to carry on consciously self-management. Only the person who know how to self-planning for his future career can has the right way forward earlier, takes effective action measures, give full play to the initiative of self-management and develop his own potential. In that case, he is available to get a head start in the future employment. Career planning has an important significance to the development of university students and can enable students to learn how to fight for a good job. Through this lecture, the students learnt more about how to plan for their own career, and would also be helpful for the future career of the students. (Wan Jie) |
