为激发广大杏林学子的学习热情，提高大学生的针灸推拿操作技能水平，培养高质量的优秀中医人才，将传统中医文化发扬光大，上海中医药大学针推学院将于2010年6月举办上海中医药大学针灸推拿操作技能大赛。 一、大赛时间和地点 时间： 二、大赛内容： （一）针灸操作 1. 腧穴定位 说出腧穴的定位、归经，并在人体上确定该穴的具体位置。 2. 毫针刺法操作 针刺手法操作包括：①消毒，②进针，③行针，④补泻，⑤出针。 3. 艾灸法操作 艾灸法操作包括：①温针灸，②温和灸，③雀啄灸，④隔附子饼灸。 （二）推拿操作 1. 推拿技能 推拿技能操作比赛内容包括：①全身推拿套路，包括颈项部、腰背部、下肢部、胸腹部、上肢部、头面部等部位操作，②重点手法，包括丁氏滚法、一指禅偏锋推法、指压法、拿法等手法操作。 2．推拿功法技能 推拿功法技能比赛内容包括：内功推拿流派少林内功简化套路。下肢裆势：低裆势、站裆势、并裆势、马裆势、弓箭裆势。上肢动作：前推八匹马、倒拉九头牛、凤凰展翅、仙人指路、三起三落、饿虎扑食。 三、参赛对象 上海中医药大学在籍学生（本科生、硕博士研究生、专科生和留学生）。 四、奖项 针灸操作技能比赛和推拿操作技能比赛各设一等奖1名、二等奖2名、三等奖3名、优胜奖若干名。 五、报名时间及报名方法 2010年5月13-14日（9:00-16:00）,至上海中医药大学针推学院9号楼9403室索取报名表(或登录校园网针推学院主页下载专区下载)报名。针灸操作技能比赛和推拿操作技能比赛分别报名。 大赛详情请登录校园网针推学院主页 上海中医药大学针灸推拿学院 Competition of Acupuncture and Tuina Operation Skills in June 2010 In order to inspire medical students’ enthusiasm for learning, improving their acupuncture and tuina skills, cultivating excellent Chinese medicine professionals and carrying forward traditional Chinese culture, School of Acupuncture and Tuina of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is to hold the Competition of Acupuncture and Tuina Operation Skills in the university in June 2010. 1. Time and place Time: Wednesday, June 16, 2010 (Dragon Boat Festival) Location: School Stadium 2.Contests (A) acupuncture operation 1. Location of Acupoints Say the acupoints positioning, Meridian, and determine the specific location on human body. 2. Needle operation Acupuncture manipulation operations include: ① disinfection ② inserting the needle ③ manipulating the needle, ④ reinforcing and reducing (5) withdrawing the needle. 3. Moxibustion operation The Moxibustion operations include: ① warm acupuncture, ② mild moxibustion, ③ bird pecking moxibustion ④ partitioned moxibustion. (B) Massage operation 1. Manipulation skills The part of manipulation skills include: (1) routine body massage, including operation on the neck, lower back, lower limbs, chest and abdomen, upper limbs, head and face (2) the main skills include rolling manipulation, one finger side pressing, finger pressing and grasping manipulation. 2. Massage energy exercises The massage exercises competition includes: simplified routine of Shaolin internal strength of internal strength massage genre which are low crotch position, stand crotch potential, coherent crotch position, horse crotch position and bow crotch position. Upper limb movements are: eight horses pushing, nine head of cattle pulling, Phoenix wings, the immortals’ pointing, three ups and downs and hungry tiger’s claw. 3. Competition’s category Students of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, including undergraduate and graduate students, school students and international students. 4. Awards Each of the acupuncture operation skills competition and massage operation skills competitions has one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes and several winning prizes. 5. Time and ways of registration The application forms can be obtained from Room 9403, Building 9 of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese School of Acupuncture and Tuina within May 2010 13-14 (9:00-16:00), or downloaded from the homepage .
