中国针灸学会和上海中医药大学主办，中国针灸学会针灸教育专业委员会和上海中医药大学针灸推拿学院承办的“2010’华佗杯全国大学生针灸操作技能大赛暨第九届全国中青年针灸推拿学术研讨会”于2010年11月18日-11月21日在上海隆重举行。此次会议的主题是“继承与创新――加强实践教学，促进人才培养”。中国针灸学会副秘书长刘炜宏主持了大赛和研讨会的开幕式。国家中医药管理局科技司副司长李昱、中国针灸学会会长李维衡、中国针灸学会副会长刘保延、国家中医药管理局人事教育司高教处处长周杰、上海市教委高等教育处副处长傅建勤、上海中医药大学党委书记党务副校长谢建群、上海中医药大学副校长施建蓉、上海中医药大学教授李鼎以及全国28所高等医药学校、部分医疗机构、医药企业单位的领导、师生代表、中青年针灸推拿工作者3百余人参加了大赛和研讨会。 这是中医教育历史上首次全国性的针灸操作技能大赛，我校针灸推拿学院在校有关部门的大力支持下，精心准备，积极投入，在六月份举行了全校性的选拔赛，选拔参赛选手的同时，对比赛中会出现的种种问题进行全面的评估，学院领导和有关专家、教师多次会议，在比赛项目、比赛规则、比赛程序乃至比赛的报道等都作了充分准备，专门制作了比赛操作示范的录像，甚至在比赛使用的针具、艾绒的品牌等细小环节也充分考虑。由于准备充分、安排妥当，各地院校踊跃报名，选拔选手，有28家医学院校的107名选手参赛。 在开幕式上，首先由上海中医药大学党委书记谢建群致欢迎词，热情欢迎代表学校全体师生员工欢迎来自五湖四海针灸界的前辈、专家、学者和年轻的学子们来参加本次大赛，并表示本次全国性的大赛在中医院校教育历史上尚属首次，作为本次活动的“东道主”，学校将尽最大努力，以满腔的热情、优良的服务、严谨的作风，努力把本届比赛办成一次组织工作规范有序的大赛，把本次研讨会办成卓有成效的会议。。 本次大赛的比赛项目有：经典背诵、腧穴定位、毫针刺法操作和艾灸法操作。经典背诵的内容取自《黄帝内经》和古代针灸歌赋，考察学生对传统针灸理论的掌握程度。腧穴定位比赛时，随机选取5个腧穴，要求选手说出腧穴的定位、归经，并在模特身上确定该穴的具体位置。毫针刺法操作、艾灸法操作考察参赛者针灸手法操作的熟练程度，消毒、进针、行针、补泻、出针、温针灸、隔物灸……每一个环节均要符合规范。 经过半决赛5个轮次的比赛和决赛4个项目的角逐，共产生72项个人奖，其中包括9个全能奖和63个个人单项奖，28个团体奖。大赛隆重而井然有序，极大地提升了各院校对针灸操作技能的重视程度，将为针灸学教育的历史添上浓墨重彩的一笔。 第二天的第九届全国中青年针灸推拿学术研讨会上，共有交流学术论文100余篇。 在最后的闭幕式上，中国针灸学会副会长刘保延作了总结发言，指出本次大赛和研讨会是在国家大力扶持和促进中医药事业发展、全面推进深化医药卫生体制改革的背景下举行的，“十二五”计划提出的加速中医药现代化、国际化，保持并加强中医药在世界的领先地位，普及公众健康知识、提高公众预防疾病的能力，都给我们提出了新的目标和要求。针灸学又是中医药的重要组成部分，我国是针灸医学的发祥地，继承传统针灸学理论，不断创新，不断发展，保持针灸医学的国际领先地位，我们任重而道远。 首届华佗杯全国大学生针灸操作技能大赛的举行，在针灸教育史上具有里程碑的意义。
The First Hua Tuo Cup National Competition of Acupuncture Operation Skills for the Undergraduate Held in our University Organized by the Chinese Acupuncture Society and Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Education Committee of Chinese Acupuncture Society and School of Acupuncture and Tuina of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hosted the "2010 Hua Tuo Cup National Competition of Acupuncture Operation Skills for the Undergraduate and the 9th National Acupuncture and Tuina Symposium of the young and middle-aged” from November 18th-- 21st, 2011, in Shanghai. The theme of the symposium was "inheritance and innovation - -strengthen teaching on practice and promote personnel training”. Liu Weiwang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Chinese Acupuncture Society, presided over the opening ceremony of the contest and seminars. Li Yu, Deputy Director of Department of Technology and Scienceof State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, president of Chinese Acupuncture Society Li Weiheng, vice president of the Chinese Acupuncture Society LIU Bao-yan, director of Personnel and Educationthe Department of State Pharmaceutical Administration Zhou Jie, Deputy Director of Higher Education Department of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission Fu Jianqin, Party secretary and vice chancellor of Shanghai University of TCM Xie Jianqun, Vice President of Shanghai University of TCM Shi JianRong, Shanghai University of TCM, Professor Li Ding, 28 medicine schools from all over the country, some medical institutions, leaders of pharmaceutical enterprises, teachers and students representatives and young and middle-aged Acupuncture and Tuina workers all together 3 hundred people took part in the contest and seminar. This is the first national contest of acupuncture operational skills in the history of Chinese medicine. By the support of relevant departments, School of Acupuncture and Tuina held a selection of the competitors in June with careful preparation. Meanwhile, they have made comprehensive assessment for the problems appeared in the contest. The school leaders, experts and teachers made full preparations by several meetings for the rules, process and even reports of the contest. They produced a special demonstration video of the operation, even had full consideration in the brand of needles and moxa used in the contest. Because of the considering preparation, up to 28 schools have registered their competitors, whose amount was to 107. At the opening ceremony, on behalf of the staff and students of the school, the party secretary of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Xie Jianqun made a warm welcoming speech to all the acupuncture profession predecessors, experts, scholars and young students who come to participate in the competition, and said that this was the first time for TCM schools to have such an contest. As the host of the event, the school would do its utmost to make the competition orderly and the seminar fruitful with wholehearted enthusiasm, excellent service and rigorous style . Events of the contest are: classic literature reciting, acupoints positioning, method of needle operation and moxibustion operation. The content of classic literature reciting is taken from the "Canon of Yellow Emperor" and ancient acupuncture Gough, investigating the students' mastery of traditional acupuncture theory. In the part of locating acupoints, the competitors have to tell the location and meridian of five random acupoints and to point the specific location of the hole in the model. In the parts of needle operation, the moxibustion operation, the competitors are inspected by their proficiency of acupuncture operation, such as disinfecting needle, inserting and rowing needle, reinforcing and reducing the needle, withdrawing the needle, warm acupuncture and partitioned moxibustion ... every aspect has to follow the rules. After five rounds of the semi-final and four events of the final race, we had a total of 72 individual awards, including nine Almighty Award, 63 individual awards and 28 group awards. Being grand and orderly, the contest greatly enhanced the attention of the institutions to acupuncture operational skills, and will add a splendid touch on the history of acupuncture education . On the second day, a total of more than 100 papers had appeared on the 9th National Acupuncture and Tuina Symposium of the young and middle-aged. On the closing ceremony, the vice president of the Chinese Acupuncture Society Liu Baoyan made his concluding remarks, pointed out that the success of the competition and seminars was under the support of our nation and its promotion to the development of the pharmaceutical industry and the reform of medical and health system. In the 12th Five-Year Plan, it is suggested that the modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine should be enhanced to popularize public health knowledge and improve the ability of the public to prevent disease. All of them gave us the new goals and requirements. Acupuncture and moxibustion is an important part of Chinese medicine, and our country is the birthplace of acupuncture. To inherit traditional acupuncture theory, to innovate, to develop, and to maintain the international leadership of acupuncture, we have a long way to go. The held of the first Hua Tuo Cup National Competition of Acupuncture Operation Skills for the Undergraduate was a milestone in the history of acupuncture education. |
