近日，针推学院组织开展了全体学生党员见面交流会。学院党总支、副院长（兼）梁尚华、各学生支部书记以及全体学生党员参加会议，会议由章林老师主持。 会议伊始，章林老师介绍了学生党员基本情况。接着，梁尚华书记就学院新的一届党组织近期工做了简要通报。会上，为切身了解大家学习生活状况，梁书记与学生支部书记代表及所有学生党员们进行了一对一的交流。在互动过程中，梁书记分别在就业工作、临床实习、学习方法，实践能力，创新意识，未来发展等方面及时给予同学们相应指导；针对同学们最为关心的问题，梁老师认真登记在案，如：针推学院是否该拥有专业对口医院以提供实习基地；学院该如何落实好国家“基地政策”的上传下达工作，以保证学生获得最为及时准确的相关信息；学生该如何发挥针灸推拿英语专业的“英语”优势，使其凸显专业特色；学生在进入临床实习阶段，该以何种心态去适应角色转变，又该以何种方式取得病人的信任并得到有效沟通等等。 会议最后，梁书记反复强调道：“教师，托付着家庭的希望，亦承载着学子的未来！面对目前的诸多困难，深感重任在肩。在日后的组织工作中，他坚信针推学院各位老师们必会竭心尽力，团结协作，为同学们做好各项工作。学院将通过各种方式渠道为同学们排忧解难，体现以学生为本的服务理念。”此外，他也鼓励各位学生党员，努力把握好现在，夯实专业知识技能，锻炼沟通交流能力，充分发挥个人主观能动性，尽可能带动影响周围同学，为将来成为一名优秀的医务工作者打下良好的工作基础！
Face to Face & Heart to Heart ――A Conference among all Student Party Members in School of Acupuncture and Tuina Recently, a conference among all student Party members had been held by School of Acupuncture and Tuina. Party General Branch Secretary, vice principal of the school ,Liang Shanghua, each student branch secretaries, as well as all students Party members attended the meeting which was chaired by Zhang Lin. At the beginning of the meeting, Zhang Lin introduced the basic facts of student Party members. Then, he briefed the recent work done by school Party organizations in the new session . At the meeting, in order to have intimate knowledge of students’ living and study conditions, Secretary Liang talked with the student branch secretary representatives and all student party members one-on-one. In the interactive process, Liang gave students guidance respectively in employment work, clinical practice, learning methods, practical ability, sense of innovation and future development. He seriously registered the problems students most concerned about, such as: if School of Acupuncture and Tuina should be the owner of professional counterparts hospitals to provide practice base; how can the school implement the state's "base policy" to ensure that students get the most timely and accurate information; how can the students of the School of Acupuncture and Tuina as well as English highlights the professional characteristics for the "English" advantage; entering the stage of clinical practice, how to adapt to the changing role, and how to get the trust of patients and communicate with them effectively. At the end of the meeting, Liang repeatedly stressed: “Teachers, entrusted with the hope of the family, also should carry the future of the students! Facing various difficulties in the current, we deeply feel a heavy burden on our shoulder. On future work of the organization, he is certain that School of Acupuncture and Tuina teachers will try their best to do all the work for the students. The school will solve students’ problems by any means, reflecting on student-centered service concept. ”In addition, he also encourages young student party members to make efforts in the present, strengthen professional knowledge and skills as well as communication skills, give full play to the initiative of the individual, be positive impact to the students around, and lay a good foundation for the future to become into an excellent medical worker! |
