2011年1月5日，针推学院民主党派工作座谈会在9号楼301室举行。针推学院9名民主党派教师、统战部金霞副部长和针推学院全体党总支委员出席了会议，会议由学院党总支梁尚华书记主持。 会议伊始，梁尚华书记总结了我院2010年度统战工作，并将近期的工作做了通报，对各民主党派代表对学院的建设发展及统战工作的大力支持表示感谢。会上，各党派代表就民主党派在学院基层组织建设、活动开展、理论调研等工作进行了广泛的交流。各民主党派充分肯定了学院长期以来对统战工作的高度重视、亲切关怀和热情支持，农工民主党党员、浦东新区政协委员沈雪勇作为民主党派代表提出了积极有益的建议。 会议过程中，学校统战部金霞副部长充分肯定了我院近几年来统战工作所取得的成绩，感谢各民主党派为学校的改革、发展、稳定做出的积极贡献。“针推学院的民主党派成员知识层次高，除了做好本职工作，还积极参加省、市及学校的很多工作，在参政议政方面发挥了重要作用，在统战和民主党派工作中有重要影响，这支队伍也是我校改革、发展、稳定的重要力量，我们要充分发挥这支队伍在学校发展中的独特作用”。 最后，梁尚华书记希望学院党组织能够按照校党委要求，及时学习掌握新时期党的统一战线方针政策，加强与各民主党派和无党派代表人士的联系，为各民主党派建设和发展提供必要的支持，为各民主党派成员和无党派人士的成长进步和发挥作用创造条件；加强统战工作规范化、制度化建设及理论研究；紧紧围绕学校发展、和谐校园建设两大主题，积极发挥各民主党派在学校发展中的独特作用，充分调动各方面的积极性，推进学校统战工作上新台阶，为建成为国内一流、世界著名的中医药大学而努力奋斗。 此次座谈会是贯彻落实学校统战工作会议精神，促进和谐政党关系建设的重要举措，为学院今后的各民主党派工作提供了重要指导。
Building Harmony and Making Progress Heart to Heart ――the Working Forum of the Democratic Parties in School of Acupuncture and Tuina On January 5th , 2011, the working forum of the democratic parties in School of Acupuncture and Tuina was held in Room 301, Building 9. Nine teachers of democratic parties , the Vice Minister of the United Front Work Department, Jin Xia, and all Party general branch members attended the meeting which was presided over by Party General Branch Secretary Liang Shanghua. At the beginning of the meeting, secretary Liang Shanghua summed up the united front work of the school in 2010 , reported recent work and expressed his thanks to the construction and development made by representatives to the school and their strong support to the united front work. At the meeting, representatives of various political parties on the democratic parties carried out extensive exchanges on the the work as building of grassroots organizations in the school, activities and theoretical research work. The parties fully affirmed the school’s long-term attachment, loving care and enthusiastic support to the importance of the united front work. On behalf of democratic parties, Shen Xueyong, member of Peasants and Workers Democratic Party, CPPCC member of the Pudong New Area, made positive and useful suggestions. During the course of the meeting, the Vice Minister of the United Front Work Department, Jin Xia, fully affirmed the achievements of our school in recent years and expressed thanks to the positive contribution made by the various democratic parties to the reform, development and stability of the school. He said, " the members of democratic parties in School of Acupuncture and Tuina has high level of knowledge. In addition to doing their own work, they also actively participated in many provinces’, municipalities’ and school work, played an important role in political participation, have a major impact in the united front and the democratic parties work. This group of people has important strength in the school reform, development and stability. We should give full play to the group as a unique role in the development of the school. " At the end of the meeting, secretary Liang Shanghua expressed his expectation that School Party could learn to master the principles and policies of the Party's united front to strengthen ties with the democratic parties and non-partisan representatives and provide necessary support for the construction and development of the democratic parties and create conditions for their growth and progress,in accordance with the requirements of the party committee; strengthen the standardization and institutionalization of united front work and theoretical research; around the two major themes on school development and harmonious campus construction , fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all aspects, to promote the schools united front work to a new level, and strive for the completion of the domestic first-class, world-renowned university of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The forum is an important measure to the implementation of the united front work conference in the school, and to the promotion of the building a harmonious party relations, providing important guidance for the School's future democratic parties work. |
