2011年4月20日下午，针灸推拿学院青年教师联谊会成立大会在9301会议室召开。校工会专职副主席徐红梅、我校青年教师联谊会秘书长于晓明、青年第一分会理事长丁宁、基础医学院分会理事长孙鸿杰、学院领导和青年教师代表30余人参加了大会。会议由学院党总支书记梁尚华主持。 梁尚华书记首先介绍了针灸推拿学院青年教师联谊会筹备情况。青年教师联谊会是在院党总支领导下和工会指导下的青年教师群体组织，旨在调动学院青年教师投身于学院建设、学校建设的积极性，鼓励青年教师为学院改革与发展献计献策，将青年教师自身的发展与学院发展紧密相连，更充分发挥青年教师在教学科研工作中的重要作用。针灸推拿学院四十岁以下的青年教师占学院教师总数的69%，青年教师联谊会为维护青年教师群体权益、丰富青年教师业余文化生活、帮助青年教师成长长才提供了一个交流平台。在前期的筹备工作中，学院已形成了联谊会的基本组织架构和章程，并且党总支委员分别找青年教师谈话，充分了解了他们在个人发展方面的诉求。 学院院长沈雪勇老师宣读了《上海中医药大学针灸推拿学院青年教师联谊会理事会成员名单》，并致辞祝贺院青年教师联谊会成立。沈院长表示，学院会全力支持联谊会活动。青年教师年轻而有活力，前途充满希望。“青年教师联谊会”为青年教师提供发展和展示的平台，把青年教师团结在一起，不断增强学院的凝聚力。 随后针推学院青年教师联谊会理事长赵琛代表各理事发言，表达了各位理事将保持高度的工作热情、热心、热忱地做好理事会工作的决心，理事会将履行为青年教师排忧解难、反馈教师群体中的各种需求，将青年教师联谊会发展成为促进彼此友谊，相互取长补短，共同进步，和谐沟通的平台。 基础医学院青年教师联谊会理事长孙鸿杰对针灸推拿学院成立青年教师联谊会表示祝贺。他谈到，在学校青年教师联谊会下建立学院的分会能够为本学院青年教师的发展搭建很好的平台。同时，这也是在校级党政部门、工会与各学院青年教师间架设起沟通的桥梁，便于上级领导深入了解基层青年教师的现实需求。各分会应当在各类活动中加强交流，相互学习，共享资源，进一步推动青年教师之间、学院之间的广泛联系。 最后，校工会专职副主席徐红梅对青年教师联谊会提出殷切的希望。她说，目前40岁以下的在校教职员工接近学校总人数的70%。成立学校青年教师联谊会的这些年来，我们开展了学习国医大师裘沛然的读书会活动，井冈山义诊活动等，均在教师群体中产生了良好的反响。对于这些深入革命老区义诊的品牌活动，我们会继续开展下去，并且将整个各学院教师的资源更好地为基层百姓服务。希望联谊会成为青年教师之间沟通交流的纽带，把青年教师更紧密地团结起来，把青年教师的智慧和力量更充分地激发出来，为学校的发展贡献更大的力量。
Exchange, Fusion and Development ------the Establishment of Young Teachers Association of the College of Acupuncture and Tuina Young Teacher Association of the College of Acupuncture and Tuina convened the inaugural meeting in the conference room 9301 on the afternoon of April 20, 2011.Xu Hongmei, the full-time vice chairman of the Union, Yu Xiaoming, the Secretary-General of youth teacher Association, Chang Dingning, the chairman of first youth branch, Sun Hongjie, the chairman of Basic Medical School Branch, school leaders and young teachers (about more than 30 people in total) attended the meeting.The meeting was presided over by the secretary of Institute of Party branch, Liang Shanghua. Liang Shanghua first introduced the preparation for Young Teachers Association. Young Teachers Association was under the leadership of the General Party Branch and the guidance of Union. Young Teachers Association was designed to mobilize young teachers’ enthusiasm of being engaged in building college and school, to encourage young teachers to offer numerous proposals and suggestions for the reform and development of the college.Combining development of young teachers with the development of the Institute, will give full play to the important role of the young teachers in the teaching and research work. The youth teachers under 40 accounted for 69% of the total number of faculty teachers.The youth teacher Association provided a platform to safeguard the interests of young teacher group, to make leisure cultural life of young teachers rich, to help young teachers be successful. In the early preparatory work, the college has formed the basic organizational structure of the Association and Articles of Association, and the general Party branch members talked with young teachers to fully understand the aspirations of their personal development. The College Dean, Shen Xueyong read out the list of the members of Young Teacher Association Council, and expressed congratulations on the establishment of the association. Dean Shen said that the college will fully support Association activities. The young teachers are young and dynamic, and their future is full of hope. Young Teachers Association provided a platform for young teachers to develop and demonstrate themselves, and make young teachers unite together and constantly enhance the cohesion of the college. Subsequently, chairman of Youth Teachers Association, Zhao Chen, speaked on behalf of the representives, expressed the determination of to maintain a high degree of enthusiasm to do the work of the Council. The Council will fulfill the promise of helping young teachers solve their problems, feedback the various needs of the teachers. The development of young teachers Association would become a platform for promoting mutual friendship, mutual complementarity, improvement together, and harmonious communication. Sun Hongjie, the chairman of Young Teachers Association of Basic Medical College congratulated the establishment of the Association. He said that, under the Teachers Association established the Association branch would build a good platform for the development of young teachers of our college.At the same time, the Association is the bridge of communication for the university-level party and government departments, trade unions, and the young teachers, which made it easy for the leaders to understand the practical needs of the grassroots young teachers. Each branch should strengthen exchanges, learn from each other, share resources in all kinds of activities, and to promote the extensive contacts between the young teachers and colleges. Finally, the full-time vice-chairman of the Union, Xu Hongmei put forward the ardent expectations on Young Teachers Association. She said young teachers under 40 accounted for nearly 70% of all faculty in the university. Since the establishment of the Association, we had carried out a series of activities such as the reading activity of learning Qiu Peiran, a Master of TCM, and the clinical activity in Jinggang Mount.We will continue to hold the activities, and take advantage of the resources of the entire faculty to better serve for the ordinary people. We hope the Association will become a bond of communication between the young teachers, and unite young teachers more closely, fully inspire the wisdom and strength of the young teachers, and contribute to the development of the university. |
