Report Meeting about Zhu Rugong’s 100-year Acupuncture Life Brief Introduction of Zhu Rugong---the Master of Lushi Acupuncture Zhu Rugong was born in Fengxian, Shanghai, in 1913. In 1940s and 1950s, the clinic of Lu Shouyan and Zhu Rugong was very successful in Shanghai. This couple runs a class to teach acupuncture which was very famous. Zhu Rugong was the former director of the Shanghai Institute of Acupuncture and Meridi-an, vice chairman of Shanghai Acupuncture Society, editorial member of Shanghai TCM magazine and Shanghai acupuncture magazine. From 1981 to 2001, She worked as a doctor in United States. She also was the sixth vice chairman of the Acupuncture Medical Association, the executive director of U.S. and East Coast acupuncture Federation,.
