为了加强学院文化建设，营造一个相互交流和沟通的学习氛围，针推学院青年教师联谊会策划举办读书沙龙系列活动，丰富教师业余生活，以博闻好学，开拓视野。2011年5月4日下午，校党委副书记何星海老师来我院做“读书・做人・处世”主题交流会。此次讲座为学院读书节系列活动之一，学院师生共计40余人参与活动，活动由学院青年教师联谊会理事长赵琛副院长主持，整场讲座气氛活跃。 何书记从如何阅读、如何做人等方面展开阐述。他旁征博引，集历史、名著、孔孟之道、名人警句于一堂，指导青年教师要涉猎医学专业以外的人文社科类书籍，充分吸收社会科学知识的思想精华，在读书中陶冶个人情操，在研究中培养独立思考能力。谈到为人处世，何书记指出，作为培养年轻学生成长成才的教师，我们要讲政治良心、学术良心，要用自己的实际行动和人格魅力去影响青年，培养出德才兼备，具有良好思想道德修养的青年学生。 整场讲座持续了一个半小时，何书记引古论今，妙语连珠，在座教师和学生纷纷表示受益匪浅。会后青年教师纷纷表示作为知识的传授者，应当养成良好的读书习惯，以读书长知识，以读书增智慧，以读书促养成，以读书树理想，以读书育人格，从而形成“人人爱读书，师生共阅读”的学院氛围。学院青年教师联谊会也将进一步组织更多丰富多彩的读书系列活动，为青年教师提供更好的学习教育理论和教学实践的平台。
Reading, Behaving, and Dealing------Young Teacher’s Reading Exchange Forum of the School of Acupuncture and Tuina In order to strengthen culture construction of the college, to create the atmosphere of a mutual exchange and learning, Young Teachers Association held a series of reading activities to enrich teachers’ leisure life, and to learn more knowledge to broaden their horizons. On the afternoon of May 4th, 2011, the deputy secretary of party He Xinghai came to our college to attend the exchanges of reading-behaving-dealing. The lecture was one of the series of reading activities, hosted by Zhao Chen. More than 40 people presented the activities. Secretary He described how to read and how to behave. He quoted history, classics, Confucius and Mencius, celebrity epigram to advise the young teachers to read books about humanities and social science to fully absorb the essence of the ideology of social scientific knowledge. He also hoped the young teachers to cultivate personal sentiment in reading and the ability to think independently in study. In terms of the interaction with others, Mr. He pointed out that as the teachers who cultivated the young students to grow to be useful persons, they should focus on political conscience and academic conscience, and used their own practical action and charisma to influence young people, to cultivate young students to have the ability and political integrity with good ideological and moral personality. The entire lecture lasted an hour and a half. Secretary He quoted many historical and current materials. Teachers and students expressed their benefits from the lecture. After the meeting, the young teachers said that as the teachers, they should develop good reading habits. Reading could increase our knowledge and wisdom. Reading could promote the improvement of ourselves, set the ideal, and cultivate the personality, so as to form a "everyone loves reading, teachers and students read books together” atmosphere. The Youth Teachers Association also would organize more colorful reading activities and also provided a better learning platform for studying educational theory and teaching practice for young teachers. |
