“感恩成长 励志成才”征文活动总结

  为落实《上海中医药大学关于举办“感恩成长 励志成才”征文活动的通知》【上中医(2011) 学工 第(20)号】的文件精神,上海中医药大学针灸推拿学院开展了以“感恩成长,励志成才”为主题大学生征文活动。现将活动情况总结如下:

  一、   评审机构设置:由分管学生工作的书记梁尚华、专业教师具子勇、往届优秀学生任妍、辅导员:洪莉、林琳、杨柳组成评委,对征文进行评审。

  二、    评审内容:在评审时注重自强自立、感恩诚信、成才成长的主题,对提交的论文进行打分,“自强”、 “感恩”、 “诚信”、 “成才”四个板块内容各占20分,综合分20分。满分100分。

  三、   评审过程:根据学校文件精神,首先,由院资助工作小组对参赛选手的资格进行评审,参赛选手均为我院享受国家资助体系政策的在校生;其次,由带班辅导员对文章进行师长点评;最后,由专业教师、优秀师长、辅导员对学生上交的文章进行评议打分。按照先后顺序评议出四篇优秀文章上报学校,分别是:

  第一名   陈涯峰   10针推      《于“无常”中历练成长》

       第二名   秦珊     04针英七    《阳光下的成长》

       第三名   祝婷婷   07针推      《唯爱》

       第四名   江丽丹   08针推      《感恩的心》

  第五名   胡艳美   04针英七    《感谢华民》

  四、   评审结果:本次征文活动共收到征文8篇,经评委评审,共评选出5篇切合主题、文笔优美的征文上报学校,参加校级评审。

      总之,此次感恩征文活动将受助学生的感恩之情以书面的形式表现出来,既是对给予学生一次表达“感恩”的机会,同时也是对学生的一次以感恩为主题的教育。我院在本次本赛中本着“公平、公正、公开”的原则,采用征文内容匿名评比的形式,并鼓励毕业班的同学参加比赛、邀请已经毕业的优秀学生参与评比,取得了良好的效果。

Summary of Essay Contest--- "Growing with the Heart of Thanksgiving, Striving to Become a Useful Person"

 

To implement the spirit of the file of the essay activity’s notice, the School of Acupuncture and Tuina of Shanghai University of TCM has carried out an essay activity with the theme of "Growing with the heart of thanksgiving, striving to become a useful person". The activity’s process is summarized as follows:

A) Setting accrediting body: Liang Shanghua, the secretary in charge of student affairs, Ju Ziyong, the professional teacher, Ren Yan, the previous outstanding student, and , Hong Li, Lin Lin, Yang Liu, the counselors, are the judges, to review the essays.

B) Reviewing the essays: the judges focused on the theme of self-reliance, thanksgiving and integrity, talent and growth. The score of 100 is divided into 5 parts and every section of the theme accounts for 20.

C) Assessment process: according to the spirit of the document, firstly, the working group judged the qualification of participants, who must be the students enjoying the policy of the state-funded grant system. Secondly, counselors commented on the articles with the class students. Finally, the professional teachers, excellent teachers, and counselors, marked the articles. In the end, four excellent articles were reported to the school council, which were listed by order as follow:

The first prize: Growing in tough and changes by Chen Yafeng

The second prize:  Growing in the sun by Qin Shan

The third prize:  The only love by Zhu Tingting

The fourth prize:  The heart of thanksgiving by Li Danjiang

The fifth prize:  Thanks for Huamin by Hu Yanmei

D) Results: The Essay Contest had received 8 essays in total. Reviewed by the judges, five essays, relevant to the theme and written elegantly were selected for the university-level accreditation.

In summary, the Thanksgiving Essay activity let the students express their thanks in written form, which not only was a chance for the students to express their gratitude to their helpers, but also a thanksgiving-themed education. In the line with the principle of "fairness, justice and openess", the essays were judged and marked in the form of anonymity. The graduating students were encouraged to participate in the competition, and outstanding graduating students were invited to review the essays, which had received good results.
