针推学院“青年教师工作坊” 自2011年4月成立以来，我们围绕为《针灸推拿学导论》课程设置的研究，开展了多次活动。 2011年7月8日上午，在赵琛副院长的主持下，多名骨干教师在针推学院会议室，召开青年教师工作坊学期总结会议。大家总结本学期成长和收获，畅所欲言。有的教师认为通过工作坊的学习，促进我们教学理念的转变，更深入的思考教学“以学生为中心”的教学方法，重视学生的自主学习能力。工作坊中徐平老师介绍的团队学习教学，“学习夹的设计和运用”，对于我们的教学方法改进都受益匪浅。 谈到下学期工作坊的工作设想，大家出谋划策，踊跃发言。针对《针灸推拿学导论》课程下学期将对七年制针灸英语班学生开设，大家就学生学习风格分析，建立学生学习中医和针灸的兴趣，加强对生命的价值的认识，了解中西医之间的碰撞及传统医学间的区别等多个主题，进行课程内容设计。此外，今后将进一步完善工作坊的制度，定时例会，统一工作坊成员思想行动。大家对工作坊的发展都充满信心和希望。
The Briefing of the Summary Meeting of “the Workshop of Young Faculties in the School of Acupuncture and Tuina Since the founding of “the workshop of young faculties “in the school of acupuncture, moxibustion and tuina , we have carried out many activities focusing on the settings on the curriculums of The Introduction to Acupuncture and Tuina . On the morning of 8th of July in 2011, with the hosting of Zhao Chen , the vice president of our school , the summary meeting of “the workshop of young faculties “ was presented by many backbone teachers in the meeting room of the school of acupuncture, moxibustion and tuina . All the people have expressed their opinions and summarized the growth and achievement of this semester. Some teachers think it is good for the transaction of teaching concept, the further consideration of the teaching method focusing on students and the self-learning ability of the students. Xu ping has introduced the design and application of learning clip, which benefits us a lot in teaching method. Taking about the work plan of the next semester, all the people presented have stated their ideas enthusiastically. Aiming at the setting up of the Introduction to Acupuncture and Tuina to the students of seven-year program majoring in acupuncture, moxibustion and tuina , they have analyzed the learning style, the interest of TCM and acupuncture of the students, discussed on many topics of the collision and difference between TCM and western medicine and the recognition of lives. Besides, we should consummate the regime of workshop, time meeting and set a criteria for the activities. All the people are confident and hopeful about the development of the workshop. |
