为让广大年轻教师全面了解海派针灸的发展历史、地位与影响，2011年6月10日，针灸推拿学院青年教师联谊会特邀我院何金森教授开展学术讲座。此次活动为青年教师成长营系列活动之一，吸引了全院师生三十余人参加。 何老师是海派针灸名家金舒白的弟子，也是我国针灸学专业的第一位博士。他结合近代上海特殊的政治、经济、文化背景，从海派针灸学的孕育、产生谈起。他指出，海派中医学术是我国近代医学史上数量最多，学术影响最大，涉及内容最丰富的中医学术。上海针灸医家早在二十世纪五十年代就采用了耳穴疗法，1958年进行了首例针灸麻醉，较早开展针灸模型、经络穴位和针刺手法研究，并通过开办针灸培训机构等不断推进针灸学术发展。经过老一辈针灸医家的努力，既重视中医基本功，又重视现代医学的海派中医模式逐渐形成。上海的针灸学发展也呈现出学术地位高、著书立说多、人才济济等特点，如，最早成立中医学院，最早出版实验针灸教材，率先招收针灸专业本科生，最早培养出针灸教授等等。海派针灸是我国近代针灸医学史上一颗耀眼的明珠，对中医学的发展产生了重大的影响。然而，随着招生规模的急剧扩大、人才队伍的断层、重量级领军人物的缺乏，上海的针灸学不再有昔日迅猛发展的势头，重塑海派针灸辉煌的重任压在了我们这一代年轻人的肩头。谈及海派针灸的未来发展，何老师提出了五点建议：要强化培养青年骨干，牢牢把握学科特色；要培养学科带头人，树立一号领军人物；要练好内功，增强自信，保持努力进取之心；要做好短计划与长安排；专业学术协会要有作为，敢作为。 在报告最后，何老师与我们共勉了几句话“回顾历史、展望未来、岐黄奥旨、心手相传、增强自信、再创辉煌”。何老师慷慨激昂的演讲感染了在场的每一位青年师生，也让我们看到一位老教授为中医事业发展锲而不舍、孜孜以求的科学探索精神。通过聆听讲座，青年教师们必将严谨笃学、潜心育人、躬身学习、不辱使命，在继承和发扬老一辈中医人学术思想的基础上，为中医教育事业的发展努力培养出优秀人才。
Review of the History, Prospect of the Future and Self-confidence Enhancement Leading to Great Achievement――The Academic Forum on the Historical Status of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Which Is One of the Activities Promoting the Growth of Young Teachers In order to let all the young teachers learn about the development history, status and influence of acupuncture and moxibustion , He Jinsen, the professor of our school was invited by the young teachers’ association of the school of acupuncture , moxibustion and tuina. This activity is one of the activities promoting the growth of young teachers, which attracted more than 30 faculty and students of our school. He Jinsen, the student of the Jin Shubai who is a famous acupuncturist of Shanghai, is the first doctor of major of the acupuncture and moxibustion in China. Considering the special politics, economics and culture background of modern Shanghai, he started his statement with the cultivation and production of acupuncture and moxibustion in Shanghai. He pointed out that traditional Chinese medicine in Shanghai has the most abundant contents from the large quantity of modern medical history to significant academic impact. The acupuncturists in Shanghai have applied auricular points treatment as early as the 1950s. In 1958, the first acupuncture anesthesia was proceeding. Apart from the research of acupuncture model ,the acupoints and manipulating methods , the training organizations of acupuncture and moxibustion were set up to promote the academic development of acupuncture and moxibustion. With the efforts of the senior acupuncturists, the TCM mode in Shanghai has been formed which focuses on the original TCM and western medicine. The development of acupuncture has demonstrated the characteristics of as high academic status and large number of published materials and talents, and the best illustrations include the first founding of TCM college, the earliest publishing of the experimental acupuncture and moxibustion, the enrollment of the undergraduates majoring acupuncture and moxibustion and the earliest cultivation of the professors of acupuncture and moxibustion. The acupuncture and moxibustion in Shanghai is the shining pearl in the modern history of acupuncture and moxibustion, which has a great influence on the development of TCM. However, due to the sharply enlargement of students enrollment and lack of the talents and heavyweights leaders, the acupuncture in Shanghai has lost its rapid development momentum. We should shoulder the great responsibility of bringing back the brilliance to the acupuncture. While talking about the future development, professor He has put forward five suggestions. First, we should intensify the cultivation of the young talents. Second, we may give a full play to the characteristics of the major. Third, we should cultivate the leading roles of subjects in order to foster epoch-making talents. Forth, we should enhance our knowledge and self-confidence and keep ambitious to gain achievements. And finally, we should make short and long arrangements. In the end of the report, he sent mutual encouragement, namely review of the history, prospect of future, passing TCM from generation to generation and self-confidence enhancement leading to great achievement. His impassioned speech infected every young faculty and student and demonstrated insisted and striving spirit of professor He to the development of TCM. After the speech, the young faculties made up their mind to teach the students with their heart. They want to make contributions to the cultivation of the talents in TCM on the base of inheriting and carrying forward the academic thoughts of the senior TCM physicians. |
