为了全面普及职业生涯规划的基本理论知识，帮助学生尽早树立职业规划意识，锻炼和培养自我管理能力、实践能力、就业能力和创业能力，从容面对日趋激烈的就业竞争，提高自身素质，针灸推拿学院大学生职业生涯规划大赛于2011年12月22日下午在8号楼301教室隆重举行。本次大赛由胡建华、梁尚华、车荣华和徐丽英四位老师担任评委嘉宾，近50名同学观摩了比赛。 19名参赛同学来自不同的年级、不同的专业，因此他们所做的职业生涯规划也呈现出了不同的特点。评委老师针对每位选手的职业生涯规划书进行了点评。同学们都表示会根据评委老师的意见对职业生涯规划书做进一步的修改，使内容更加丰富与完善，并且会根据以后大学生活中自身情况的变化不断对其进行修正，使其具有更高的实践性和可操作性。 本次大赛共评出一等奖1名，二等奖2名，三等奖3名。梁尚华老师在大赛的最后总结中，不仅对参赛作品给予了高度评价，同时对同学们以后的职业生涯发展提出了殷切希望。“凡事预则立，不预则废”，相信通过本次大赛，同学们一定会增强自身职业生涯规划意识，为将来的成长成才打下坚实的基础。
Planning for Wonderful Life -Sidelights on School Students Career Planning In order to popularize the basic theoretical knowledge of career planning, help students to establish the sense of career planning as soon as possible, improve self-management skills, practical ability, employability and entrepreneurial skills to face increasingly fierce competition for jobs and improve self-quality, The Acupuncture and Tuina School Students' Career Planning Contest was held in Room 301, Building 8 in the afternoon of December 22, 2011. Hu Jianhua, Liang Shanghua, Che Ronghua, Xu Liying were invited to the judges, and nearly 50 students watched the contest. The 19 students participating in the contest come from different grades, different specialties, so the career planning they made shows different characteristics. The judges gave comments on each player's career planning book. Students would further amend the plan according to the judges' comment and enrich the content which is more practical and operable to keep up with changing in the following college life. The competition awarded one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes in all. In the conclusion of the contest, Liang Shanghua not only gave a high evaluation on the students’ work, but also showed his ardent hope for their future career development. "Forewarned is forearmed, without prejudging the waste," I believe that through this contest, students will enhance their own career planning awareness, and lay a solid foundation for future growth and success. |
