2011年12月21日，针灸推拿学院三届四次民主管理大会暨迎新表彰会于行政楼三楼北侧会议室召开。校党委副书记、工会主席何星海，基础医学院、中药学院、护理学院、康复学院、医技学院、科技实验中心、教学实验中心等二级学院领导应邀出席。会议由针推学院党总支书记梁尚华主持。 首先，何书记强调了我校教代会及民主管理大会的特色和重要性，鼓励各二级学院在民主管理方面做出努力和探索，希望二级学院通过民主管理的形式促进各项工作的发展。结合针推学院发展现状，在充分肯定成绩的同时，提出了不足和建议。最后，何书记代表校领导祝贺针推学院民主管理大会顺利、圆满召开。中药学院党总支副书记周宁慧作为特邀嘉宾特表发言。之后，针推学院与会教职工表决通过了针灸推拿学院三届四次民主管理大会主席团名单。 本次民主管理大会先由沈雪勇院长做作年度行政工作报告，主要包括学院教学、科研及学科建设、师资队伍建设、科技产业工作等方面内容，并从“围绕学校工作重点，认真贯彻执行学校的各项工作安排,以提高教学质量和科研水平为中心，以培养高素质人才为目的，切实作好学院的各项工作”为出发，做了2012年度工作要点报告。之后，学院部门工会主席张海蒙从思想教育、民主建设与维权、为教职工办实事、自身建设、文体活动及2012年工作计划等方面做工会年度工作报告。会议第二阶段，表决通过了《上海中医药大学针灸推拿学院内部分配方案》、《上海中医药大学针灸推拿学院创收项目管理办法》。此外，赵琛副院长宣布了2011年度学院各单项奖获奖名单。 最后，学院梁尚华书记及沈雪勇院长分别总结讲话，共同表达了对学院2012年工作的信心。会议在民主、融洽、欢乐、和谐的氛围中闭幕。

President Shen Xueyong first gave a report on administrative work for the year at the beginning of the democratic management conference, which mainly including School teaching, researching and academic building, faculty development, science and technology industry work and gave a plan on 2012 work key point “Surrounding school work key point and carefully carry out all work schedule to raise the quality of teaching and researching, and work out effectively to the plan of the School to train high-quality personnel. ” After that, the chairman of the School apartment union, Zhang Haimeng, gave an annual report on the work on ideological education, democracy building and human rights defenders, do practical things for the faculty, self-construction, cultural and sports activities and 2012 working plans.
