我校“上海健民职业技能培训中心”继2010年度被徐汇区人力资源与社会保障部评为优秀办学单位之后，今年再创佳绩，成为徐汇区优秀示范办学单位。 上海健民职业技能培训中心系我校资产经营公司主办、针灸推拿学院业务管理的民办非企培训机构，主要承担保健按摩师、悬灸保健专项能力等国家职业资格培训和相关中医针灸推拿技能课程。2011年2月23日，俞正声、韩正等市委市府领导观摩了健民培训中心（针灸推拿按学院）秦元老师主讲的按摩课程，课堂教学受到了高度好评。2012年度上海健民职业技能培训中心按摩保健类国家职业资格鉴定总量名列全市第一，鉴定平均合格率名列全市第一，总培训量占全市培训量的75%。 2012年2月29日，徐汇区人力资源与社会保障局曾如亭副局长、职业技能鉴定中心刘海涛主任、职业能力指导科余杰主任参加了针灸推拿学院组织的职业技能培训研讨会。针灸推拿学院沈雪勇院长介绍了健民培训中心的业务情况。校资产经营公司副总曾益萍、医学技术学院院办主任李敏以及针灸推拿学院专家教授20余名参加研讨会。曾如亭局长在总结发言中肯定了上海健民职业技能培训中心、针灸推拿学院为全市的按摩保健职业技能培训做出的巨大贡献。她指出，促进就业是政府职能部门的工作内容之一，而职业培训给就业促进工作提供了一个重要抓手。健民职业培训机构要充分发挥专业优势，进一步加强对按摩人员继续教育、在岗培训以及按摩行业市场的品牌建设，逐步完善行业准入与监管机制，为我市保健养生事业发展奠定良好的基础。 上海中医药大学针灸推拿学院 2012-4-28
Shanghai University of TCM Jian Min Vocational Skills Training Center Was Awarded the 2011 Annual Excellence Teaching Unit in Xuhui District Shanghai University of TCM Jian Ming Vocational Skills Training Center was awarded the 2011 Annual Excellence Teaching Unit again by Xuhui Human Resources and Social Security Ministry after 2010. Shanghai Jian Min Vocational Skills Training Center, supported by the asset management company of the university, is a non-governmental noncorporate business administered by the school of Acupuncture and Tuina and is mainly responsible for training health care massagists and moxibustion practices, some other national vocational qualification trainings and Chinese Medical Acupuncture and Tuina related skill courses. On February 23, 2011, Yu Zhengsheng, Han Zheng and some other city government leaders visited and observed Jian Min Vocational Training Center’s (Acupuncture and Tuina school) massage course taught by teacher Qin Yuan. The course was highly praised by the leaders. In 2012, Jian Min Vocational Skills Training Center ranked first in national vocational qualification of health care massage, and the average pass rate also ranked first in the city, total training accounts for 75% of the city's training. On Feb.29, 2012, the deputy director of Xuhui Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Zeng Ruting，director of Vocational Skills Evaluation Center, Liu Haitao and the director of vocational skills training division, Yu Jie attended the vocational skills training meeting held by Acupuncture and Tuina school. Master of the school of Acupuncture and Tuina introduced service conditions of Jian Min training center. Zeng Yi Ping, the vice manager of the school asset management companiy, Li Min, Director of Medical Technology College Office and other more than 20 professors and experts from Acupuncture and Tuina school attended this meeting. Director Zeng Ruting appreciated Jianmin Vocational Skills Training Center and the School of Acupuncture and Tuina’s huge contribution to the city's vocational skills training on health care massage in the concluding remark. She pointed out that the promotion of employment was one of the government department’s works, and vocational training for employment promotion provided an important starting point. Jianmin vocational training institutions should give full play of the professional advantage, further strengthen continuing education of the massage staff, on-the-job training as well as the brand building massage in the industry market, and gradually improve industry access and regulatory mechanisms, and lay a good foundation for the development of the city's health care. .
