2012年5月16日下午，针灸推拿学院“青春、奉献、发展――医学生职业生涯之路”活动在行政三楼会议室隆重举行。 本次活动特别邀请了全国卫生系统先进个人、彭浦新村街道社区卫生服务中心薄海艳医生、阿斯利康制药有限公司夏华城高级经理、上海诺蜜思健康管理咨询有限公司刘盼盼顾问、岳阳医院基地轮转医生钟涔医师。上海中医药大学副校长胡鸿毅、学工部王庆华部长、就业办徐丽英主任、高级职业咨询师胡建华、针推学院梁尚华书记、中药学院周宁慧副书记及100多名学生出席交流活动。 活动主题为“医学生的职业生涯之路，我们该如何抉择”，旨在通过四位嘉宾的答疑解惑，为同学们的职业生涯规划给与指导。活动形式以嘉宾与学生的互动交流为主，同学们围绕“职业认知、自我定位、基地轮转、自主创业”等方面与嘉宾进行了充分的交流，每位嘉宾从自身职业生涯发展历程出发，结合切身体会，对同学们的问题给与了真诚而精彩的解答。活动结束之际，胡鸿毅副校长做了精彩点评，充分肯定本次活动的形式及内容，从角色定位、责任追求等方面勉励同学们努力学习、夯实基础、积极进取，争做成功而优秀的中医人。在热烈的掌声中，“医学生职业生涯之路”德育主题教育活动落下帷幕。 “凡事预则立，不预则废”。同学们纷纷表示交流互动非常有意义，不仅了解了成功者背后所经历的艰辛，更懂得了成功的人生离不开未雨绸缪的规划。秉承着本次德育主题教育活动所倡导的“青春、奉献、发展”精神，相信同学们会更加重视职业生涯规划，通过不懈努力，走出属于自己的精彩人生。 针灸推拿学院 2012年5月18日
Learning from the Great Example and Planning for Wonderful Life On the afternoon of May 15,2012, the school of Acupuncture and Tuina hold the activity, “Youth, Dedicating, Developing-the Career of Medical Students” , in the meeting room on the third floor of the Administration Building. The National Advanced Individual in Health System and the doctor of Pengpu Community Health Service Center, Bo Haiyan, the senior manager of AstraZeneca, Xia Huacheng and consultant in Nuo Misi Health Management Consulting Co.,Ltd, Liu Panpan, and resident doctor in Yueyang Hospital, Zhong Cen were invited to the meeting. Vice president of Shanghai University of TCM, Hu Hongyi, Minister of Student’s Work Department Wang Qinghua, director of Student Career Office Xu Li, Senior career counselor Hu Jianhua, general secretary of Acupuncture and Tuina school, Liang Shanghua, vice secretary of Chinese Herbal Medicine school, Zhou Ninghui and more than 100 students attended this meeting. The theme of the meeting was “How to make a choice on the way of medical students’ career.” The four experts invited to the meeting gave some advice on occasional planning by answering questions raised by the students. And the meeting was mainly in the form of interactive communication between students and experts. Students communicated with the experts on the different aspects, career Cognition, self-positioning, medical residency in hospitals, pioneering work, etc. Each of the experts gave genuine and wonderful answers to those questions according to their own career experience. In the end of the meeting, vice president Hu Hongyi gave a brilliant comment. He fully affirmed the form and content of the meeting and encouraged the students to study hard and lay solid foundation to be an excellent practitioner of Chinese Medicine in the future. The Moral Themed Educational Activity on the students’ career drew to a close with warm applause. “Preparedness ensures success, unpreparedness spells failure.” Students thought this intercommunication meeting was very meaningful. They learned the hardness successful people had experienced and a successful life cannot do without a good plan.
