为进一步做好针灸推拿学院2013届毕业生就业服务工作，帮助学生更好地实现就业，2012年11月21日下午，我校高级职业咨询师胡建华老师于9号楼301教室为中医学（针灸推拿英语方向）七年制毕业生做了关于《简历制作与求职技巧》的讲座。

　　该讲座共分为求职准备、简历制作及面试技巧三个部分。在求职准备环节，胡建华老师运用自我认知及职业认知理论，结合去年该专业就业数据及案例做了详细分析，启发同学们根据应聘岗位要求不断调试自我定位以便在求职过程中达到事半功倍的效果；简历制作是求职过程中不可或缺的重要组成部分，胡建华老师从求职信的格式到如何做出一份漂亮的简历逐步作了讲解，让同学们了解到简历应包含的内容以及简历制作过程中需要突出的亮点；在最后的面试技巧环节，胡建华老师在内容讲解的基础上请现场同学将整个过程做了演示，丰富的内容以及生动的形式让同学们对面试技巧有了更深刻的理解。

　　同学们对本次讲座表现出了极大的兴趣，在听讲的过程中认真做好笔记，部分同学在讲座结束后与胡建华老师又进行了深入的交流，提出自己在求职过程中的疑惑，胡老师也耐心地一一给予解答。

　　本次讲座举办的很成功，希望我院2013届七年制毕业生能够做好充分的准备，在未来的求职过程中表现得更加自信，并最终找到自己满意的工作。（王艳丽）

Perfect Curriculum Vitae Leads to the Success of Job Application

―Series of Employment Guidance “Great Jobs through Tiny Vitae”

In order to do a better job of employment services work of 2013 graduate students of the School of Acupuncture and Tuina and help them to get better jobs, Hu Jianhua--the senior career counselor gave a lecture about “resume writing and job search skills” to the students whose major is Traditional Chinese Medicine of seven year program in classrooms 301, Building No. 9 on the afternoon of November 21^th, 2012.

The lecture was divided into three parts -- job preparation, resume writing and interview skills. In the part of job preparation, Hu Jianhua used of the cognitive theory of self-awareness and career, combined with the professional employment data and the cases last year to gave the students a detailed analysis. He inspired students constantly to change self-positioning based on the candidate positions’ requirement in order to get twofold results with half the effort

Resume writing is an indispensible part of the job-hunting process. Mr. Hu gave an explaination in detail about the letter format of the resume to how to make a nice resume so that students could know what content of your resume should contain as well as what you should highlight in your resume; at the end part about the interview skills, Mr. Hu let a student present the whole process as an example on the basis of the lecture content. The rich content and vivid form let all the students have a deeper understanding of interviewing skills.

Students showed great interest in the lecture and took notes earnestly in the process of listening. Some of them had a deeper exchange with Mr. Hu after the lecture. They raised their doubts in the job-hunting process and Mr. Hu also answered all the questions patiently.

The lecture was very successful, and there is the hope of all the 2013 session seven-year graduates of our School that they can be fully prepared and have more confidence in the job -searching process in the future, and ultimately find satisfying works. (Wang Yanli)
